We know everywhere in the world business is suffering a cash drought, which is why we are discussing our programme at this time, and thus, we plan to make no charge for many of our services, which we are convinced will help you on the the road to recovery and /or expansion of your business.

Please note there are a few businesses with whom we may decline to become involved and these are at our sole discretion and no explanation will be given.

Option 1.

You have already produced a Business Plan with the basic details but need it reviewed, edited and set out in a recognised format to ensure acceptability by funding institutions and also to enable you to control your day to day business.

Free other than necessary travel and out of pocket expenses

                                  

Option 2

This is by far the most popular option.

We will discuss your proposed business in some detail and collect the necessary information either by comprehensive questionnaire or preferably eyeball discussions and from this informationplan to produce for you a fully interactive business plan, cashflow and funding requirement estimate together with fully interactive flow charts.

This Business Plan will be suitable for most requirements including funding proposals and the day to day operational control of your business.

Free other than necessary travel and out of pocket expenses.

Where you need a full business plan as in Option 2 but where you have, perhaps, not fully researched the market segment into which you are planning to operate. We will look critically at your opportunity and proposal and, with your vital cooperation, conduct suitable research to take into consideration the existing and future market situation, you competition, your price points and, with your continued cooperation, produce a Business Plan based on this research and your important input.

This, by it's very nature, is a much more lengthy task but could be invaluable to avoid unforeseen pitfalls and enable a very realistic overview to be made before launch.

Any charges will be discussed at the initial (free) exploratory meetings and will be entirely dependant on scope of work necessary and fully documented as below.

Extras: If you require any additional work or information or documents supplied this will be quoted separately. Additionally any travel and out of pocket expenses necessarily incurred or requested by you will also be charged separately and paid up front.


Important Note

The described free services are indeed free, but you will appreciate that we also have to eat! 

Thus, once your company is up and running, performing well in accord with the declared aspirations and achieving the goals which we set out initially, we would be happy to accept some ongoing proportional recompense for our contribution to your success!

 We must stress that this is entirely voluntary and any agreement reached will be fully detailed and documented to avoid any misunderstandings.

Since we will have worked very closely together for some time, our experience has shown that a fine bond develops between our companies and thus the voluntary system works well for all.
